Interested in hearing more? We'd love to meet with you so that we can learn more about your organisation and provide more details about our services. Alternatively, feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Technology is confusing enough already. That's why we make our process super clear and easy to understand. Below you'll find the typical steps that we go through in getting to know an organisation for the first time. Our aim, through this process, is to learn as much about you as possible, so that we can best advise your next steps. If we're not a good fit, we'll point you towards someone who is.
step 1. discovery meeting
learning about you
In our first meeting, we will first seek to learn as much as possible about your organisation and the digital culture within it. At this point we're aiming to hear how technologically mature you are, and therefore what areas you see for improvement.
step 2. proposal meeting
presenting our proposal
Next, we'll spend some time considering the best option for your circumstances and tailor our offering to suit your needs. At this second meeting, we may, for example, recommend that you begin with Surveying if you lack a clear digital strategy.
step 3. kick-off meeting
Finally, once we've agreed upon the best place to start, we can move on to the fun part. We'll introduce you to any new faces on your Zentient team and run you through the process, which will vary, depending upon which of our services you access.
I'm grateful to Zentient for helping us realise a decade-long ambition to have our volunteer and programs data centralised in a way that allows effortless reporting and frictionless sign-ups for volunteers. I'm also grateful for the tools that they have helped us adopt, which have made our work more efficient.
Bridget Staude, CEO @ Teach Learn Grow
I'm grateful to Zentient for their dedication to making our work-life easier. The Zentient team are responsive and engaged. They genuinely listen to our team's requests and thoroughly investigate and execute the best way to achieve our aim.
Hannah Beard, GM Development @ Teach Learn Grow
